Booking policy (2026)

Bookings and payment

Advance booking is required. Send a request via the website or email. We confirm availability and send bank transfer details. A booking is confirmed only once payment is received.

Cancellations and refunds

Changes

Requests to change date or number of participants must be communicated at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.

Allergies and intolerances

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or intolerances when you book. We take care, but complete absence of cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.

Late arrival

If delays exceed 20 minutes, the experience will begin without the possibility of rescheduling or refund.

How to get there

Our location is in Como, Northern Italy (Lombardy), around 50 km from Milan and close to the Swiss border. You can arrive by train, car or boat.

By train

Como Borghi is the closest station (about 500 m). Como San Giovanni is the main station; from there you can take bus line 5 from the station square (ASF Autolinee) or walk in under 30 minutes. Useful timetables: Trenord, Trenitalia, SBB.

By car

From Milan, take the A9 motorway towards Como/Chiasso and exit at Como Centro. Paid parking is available in Como (for example Autosilo Comunale, Autosilo Valduce, Como Central Parking, and paid street parking).

By boat
