Booking policy (2026)
- Minimum age: 14+ years.
- Group size: 2 to 12 guests.
- Pets: not allowed.
Bookings and payment
Advance booking is required. Send a request via the website or email — no payment is required online. Our team then contacts you to confirm your date and arrange payment. A booking is confirmed once the date and payment are agreed.
Cancellations and refunds
- Up to 3 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before or no-show: no refund.
- If the organiser cancels: full refund or an alternative date.
Changes
Requests to change date or number of participants must be communicated at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability.
Allergies and intolerances
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or intolerances when you book. We take care, but complete absence of cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
Late arrival
If delays exceed 20 minutes, the experience will begin without the possibility of rescheduling or refund.
How to get there
Our location is in Como, Northern Italy (Lombardy), around 50 km from Milan and close to the Swiss border. You can arrive by train, car or boat.
By train
Como Borghi is the closest station (about 500 m). Como San Giovanni is the main station; from there you can take bus line 5 from the station square (ASF Autolinee) or walk in under 30 minutes. Useful timetables: Trenord, Trenitalia, SBB.
By car
From Milan, take the A9 motorway towards Como/Chiasso and exit at Como Centro. Paid parking is available in Como (for example Autosilo Comunale, Autosilo Valduce, Como Central Parking, and paid street parking).
By boat

- Information about your booking (chosen experience, number of guests, dates, dietary needs, age group of participants).

- Reply to your enquiries and booking requests.
- Organise and manage your cooking class or tasting.

We do not sell your data and we only use it for direct communication related to your booking or enquiry. Any newsletter or marketing email will only be sent with your explicit consent.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep your messages and booking details for as long as necessary to manage your experience and to comply with local legal requirements (for example, accounting records). Afterwards data may be archived or deleted in a secure way.
5. Cookies and website analytics
This website may use technical cookies that are necessary for basic navigation (for example to remember your cookie consent choice).
We also collect anonymous usage statistics in-house to understand traffic and improve the site. No cookies are stored for this and no raw IP address is saved: the IP is truncated and combined with a daily-rotating salt to derive an anonymous, one-day session identifier. The data we record per page view is limited to: the visited URL, the referring website (if any), the device type (mobile/desktop) and the timestamp. No personal information is collected and no profile is built across days.
If we use additional third-party services (e.g. Google Analytics) we ask for your consent through the cookie banner before non-essential cookies are stored.
6. Sharing of data
We may share your data only with trusted service providers who help us manage bookings, emails or hosting, and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. These providers are required to protect your data.
7. Your rights
